Profile
I began my business in 1984 and have served the San Francisco Bay Area Peninsula
for over 20 years. My range of experience includes landscape maintenance and design,
nursery work, landscape installation, and project management. I have worked on site
development projects with both builders and architects in Hillsborough, Los Altos
Hills, and Portola Valley. While focusing on midsize to large custom residential
projects, I also enjoy quaint “postage stamp gems”. Small commercial adventures
which allow for innovative flair, are also of interest.
Some of my unique projects can be found in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, Prescott,
Arizona and Truckee, California. Volunteer work includes the re-design of a school
yard in Burlingame (2004) which was intended for horticultural science projects
and the re-design of the Hillbarn Theatre in Foster City (2005). I feel fortunate
that many clients continue to work with me as their gardens mature, or their lifestyle
changes.
